29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about 11/22/2021, at the jobsite on the southeast corner of the building where employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working from a 5-foot by 16-foot work platform elevated to heights approaching 30 feet by a Skytrack Model 10058 construction forklift while attempting to reattach a section of Tyvek building wrap that had come loose.
