29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about November 20, 2021, at approximately 4pm, an employee suffered an injury that resulted in a hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24hrs to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
