29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 24565 Perdido Beach Boulevard, Fat Daddy's Arcade, Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about November 29, 2021 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an aerial lift were using fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 24.5 feet to the ground below.
