At 65 Corporate Woods DR, Bridgeton, Mo. - On November 23, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees of Penske Logistics LLC were exposed to eye and body injuries from potentially corrosive materials while working with electric powered industrial vehicle batteries from a lack of suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body.
