29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Jobsite: 5701 Tacony St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about November 13, 2021, the employer did not utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy to ensure all sources of energy for the IntelliSort Sliding Shoe Sorter were isolated prior to employees performing service and maintenance on the machine. Employee servicing the Sliding Shoe Sorter was injured when unexpected energization of machine occurred.
