29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  On or about November 30, 2021, there were two instances of blocked electrical panels.  a) Manual Machine Room:  a set of two electrical panels servicing the Manual Machine Room and designated as Panel A and Panel B were blocked by two large fans, a 55 gallon drum and a stack of five gallon buckets.  b) Deburring Bay 3 and 4: a set of two electrical panels servicing this area and designated as Panel A and Panel B were blocked by two fans.
