29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not select PPE that properly fit each affected employee: a) WestRock - 100 McDonald Avenue, Aston, PA 19014 - Propane Storage Shed: Employees handling propane tanks were not provided hand protection that properly fit their hands to protect them from exposure to propane. The employer has only two sets of gloves available with one size (polyurethane coated SHOWA Temres 282 in size extra large (10/XL) and MAPA Neoprene Temp-Tec 332 NL56 size 10) for employees to use during propane tank replacement on the powered industrial truck. Condition noted on or about November 25, 2021 - April 25, 2022.

Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to propane, ethane, propylene, etc. contained in Odorized Commercial Propane, etc. Condition noted on or about November 30, 2021.
