29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Fittings having holes through which flexible cord pendants passed were not provided with bushings designed for the purpose nor did the holes have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords could bear: (a) On or about December 2, 2021, and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where a flexible cord passed through a conduit with a sharp edge at the conduit termination in the repair area located at 819 Murray Way, Elko, Nevada.
