29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about January 27, 2022 in Carpentry Room 6103 employees were using a Delta Tablesaw to ripsaw materials while exposed to amputation and laceration hazards and the employer had not ensured circular handfed ripsaw were guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut.
