29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:   a)  7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs PA,  At the front of the School - On or about December 02, 2021, an employee was observed standing on the mid-rail of the arerial lift basket, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest:   a)  7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs PA, The roof - On or about December 2, 2021, an employee was working on the edge of a low slope roof without fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.  b) 7335 Carlisle Pike, York Springs PA, The roof - On January 5, 2022, employees were working on the roof of the school without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
