29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a- 71 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose posts were not set on a firm foundation. Condition observed on or about 12/02/21.
