(c)  Werner 28-feet extension ladder, model D1228-2, fall hazard of approximately 12-feet was position on the side of the house.   (d)  Louisville 32-feet extension ladder, model number could not be recognized was positioned on the opposite side of the house where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24-feet.  (e) 12-feet ladder, name and model number not recognizable located on the front side of the house, fall hazard of approximately 12-feet.  (f) 12-feet ladder, name and model number not recognizable located on the front side of the house, fall hazard of approximately 12-feet.
