29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Roof- Front- Two employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet while working on the roof, on or about December 3, 2021. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. JFM Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486440 , citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Route 17s, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662.
