29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees in building 9006 using Coverage Plus NDP and Chlorine Sanitizer, corrosive cleaning chemicals were exposed to illnesses/injury from chemical hazards. Employees were not provided with eye wash station with enough water pressure for flushing of the eyes and for immediate emergency use.
