29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):  The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident.  (a) New Cumberland Federal Credit Union, 345 Lewisberry Road, New Cumberland, PA - An employee died as a result of complications due to COVID-19 on November 1, 2021 and the employer did not provide that information until November 19, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
