29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about December 3, 2021, on the east side of the roof of a church in Montgomery, TX, an employee was not attached to an anchoring point and was exposed to fall hazards while installing metal gutters on a building with unprotected edges which was 6 feet or more above a lower level. M & M ERECTORS, INC. was previously cited for violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1) , which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1333141, Citation Number 2 Item number 1, which was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 16110 Clay Road, Katy, Texas 77493.
