29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2): A caution sign was not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a) Shop Area: On or about December 2, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer, exposed employee(s) of Southern Tire Mart, LLC to struck by, caught-in and crushed by hazards from powered industrial trucks, large commercial tires, tire components such as wheel rims, flanges, lock rings, press rings and machinery to include the Leader Tire Press in that the employer failed to utilize a caution sign to warn about the potential hazards present in the shop area and permitted unauthorized persons in the shop.
