29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4):29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): The employer did not ensure that ladders that are used only on stable and level surfaces unless they are secured or stabilized to prevent accidental displacement: a) Jesuit Villa, northwest corner of home, west side of screen porch, on or about 12-2-21: Two employees used a ladder for access to a porch roof, that was not secured or stabilized, causing it to displace and slide away from the building, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 6 inches to the wood deck below.
