29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met.  a)  Vick's Tip-Top Auto Care located at 190-18 99 Avenue.  Auto repair area: Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing general automotive repair and maintenance services.  Employees use chemicals, such as DOT-3 brake fluid (containing Triethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether 5-50%), CRC carburetor cleaner (containing Toluene 30-40%, Methanol 30-40%), and Nu-Brite degreasers (containing Sodium Hydroxide 15-25%). The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program, on or about 12/7/2021.

Auto repair area: Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing general automotive repair and maintenance services. Auto repair area: Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing general automotive repair and maintenance services.  Employees use chemicals, such as DOT-3 brake fluid (containing Triethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether 5-50%), CRC carburetor cleaner (containing Toluene 30-40%, Methanol 30-40%), and Nu-Brite degreasers (containing Sodium Hydroxide 15-25%).  A Hazard Communication Training Program was not in place; on or about 12/7/2021.
