29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative injury and illness records kept under Part 1904 within four business hours. a) Radial, Inc. - On or about December 3, 2021, and again on January 27, 2022, an authorized representative of the Secretary of Labor requested the 2021 OSHA 300 and 300A forms. The employer failed to provide copies of the records to an authorized representative within four hours of requesting these records. No abatement certification or documentation required.
