29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. On or about December 08, 2021, during a roof replacement of a residential home located at 18871 W 45th St, Cleveland, OH 44102: the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof were protected from a fall of approximately 21.3 feet by utilizing a personal fall arrest system or any other form of fall protection system.
