29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the jobsite, workers without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet while putting tar papers on the roof of a commercial building.
