29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets.   a- On or about 12/09/2021 at 561 Paramus Road, Paramus NJ 07652 (Framed Edge): CSHO observed an employee engaged in framing activities carrying a plank above his head exposed to overhead impact hazards as head protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system.  a- On or about 12/09/2021 at 561 Paramus Road, Paramus NJ 07652 (Framed Edge): CSHO observed an employee engaged in framing activities and positioned on an unprotected framed edge exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access.   a- On or about 12/09/2021 at 561 Paramus Road, Paramus NJ 07652 (Framed Edge): CSHO observed an employee engaged in framing activities using a portable aluminum extension ladder exposed to fall hazards of 12 ft to the ground below as the ladder side rails were not extended 3ft above the upper landing surface.
