29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On the third floor balcony of Building One, located at 1590 N Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida 32117: On or about December 6, 2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized when unloading sound mats from the pallet and were being exposed to a 20 feet fall hazard.
