29 CFR 1910.22(c): (c) Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about December 8, 2021, at this location, employees were instructed to place a vacuum hose into the vessel of a truck that did not have stairs to support employees and this exposed employees to fall hazards.
