29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii):  The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  Electrical Room:  On, or about, December 1, 2021, boxes, lightbulbs and fixtures were stored in front of the following wall mounted panelboards:   A.	Panel RP, GE 120/208 volts. B.	Panel H7, Siemens 480/277 volts. C.	Panel DP, GE 120/240 volts.  The TJX Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1464096, Citation Number 1, Item Number 4 and was affirmed as a Final Order on June 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8018 Abercorn Street, Savannah, Georgia.  The TJX Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1318677, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 2, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1130 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, Connecticut.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4):  Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  Backroom:  On, or about, December 1, 2021, the exit door and sign located at the rear of the backroom was not in line of sight of employees working in the backroom, especially on the north end of the room.  Directional signage was not provided.  Abatement Note:  Consult with the local Fire Marshal to determine if a directional sign is sufficient or if one or both of the rooms that communicate with the sales floor should designated and marked as an additional exit from the work area.
