29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Maintenance Shop : On or about December 8, 2021 and times prior, employees operated a L.B. White Tradesman K175 Torpedo Heater with the strain relief on the power cord separated from the equipment. Employees were exposed to a potential electrical hazards while turning on the equipment.
