29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: (a) Location - 168 Albion Street, Wakefield, MA On or about 12/07/21, the employer failed to ensure that a powered industrial truck operator safely handled door materials on double-length pallet and on a day with severe wind gust. Employees working in an aerial lift adjacent to the lift area were struck when the load dislodged during high winds.

NRP Contractors LLC dba The NRP Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219724, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5310 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX.
