29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Site: 327 Hicks St in Brooklyn, NY.   a) On or about 11/13/2021, employees were exposed to falling 8 feet while disassembling a storage unit from the second level. The employees were not protected from falling by means of fall protection.

Site: 327 Hicks St in Brooklyn, NY.  a) On or about 11/13/2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards while disassembling a storage unit and were not trained to recognize and minimize the hazards they were being exposed to.
