29 CFR  1910.1026(j)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of chromium (VI)  On or about April 15, 2022, the employees in the control room overlooking the chromium process were not protected from contaminated workspaces that contained hexavalent chromium:.  a) the door handle from the control room to the dirty room contained 0.00015 mg/cm^2 hexavalent chromium;  b) the mouse for the control room computer contained 0.0018 mg/cm^2 hexavalent chromium;  c) the door handle from the dirty room to the dirty dirty room contained 0.00048 mg/cm^2 hexavalent chromium;  d) the door handle from the control room to the plant contained 0.00053 mg/cm^2 hexavalent chromium.
