Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employee was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection. Chief Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926102(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521838, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/21/21, with respect to a workplace located at Tipton and NW 89th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
