29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: At the residential construction site located at 511 SW Meadow Wood in Grain Valley, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were observed working at height from a scaffold without fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 18 feet to ground without any means of protecting employees from falling from scaffold.
