29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employees must be able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors:  Employees are exposed to an injury from fire and explosion.  Employees working in the production facility are exposed to a locked exit door.   1.  The exit door from the break room to the outside has a cage  on the outside of the door which is locked while employees are inside. 2. In the shipping/receiving area there is a door marked Exit that has a bar and lock on the inside.

29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Employees were exposed to injury from fire and explosion or a projectile hazard.  Compressed gas cylinders, that were not in use, were not secured to prevent damage in accordance as required by Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965.  Four cylinders stored in the shipping receiving area were not secured to prevent damage.

29 CFR  1910.109(j)(4)(iv): Not more than 750,000 small arms ammunition primers shall be stored in any one building, except as provided in paragraph (j)(4)(v) of this paragraph. Not more than 100,000 shall be stored in any one pile. Piles shall be at least 15 feet apart:  Employees are exposed to injury from fire and explosion hazard.  Maintenance and production employees in and around the production building are exposed to fire and exposed from ammunition primers stored there.  2 million small arms ammunition primers are stored in the building.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  At the workplace located at 1645 NW 550 Rd, in Kingsville, Missouri, employees were exposed to serious shock and burn hazards. Electrical extension cords were being used as a substitute for fixed wiring.  The electrical extension cord powering the dehumidifier in the explosive area was used as fixed wiring for the appliance.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   At the workplace located at 1645 NW 550 Rd, in Kingsville, Missouri, employees were exposed to explosion, dermatitis, and central nervous disorders.  In the production area, the employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used in the facility.  Hazardous chemicals used by employees includes, but not limited to denatured alcohol, propane, and adhesives, exposing employees to explosion, dermatitis, and central nervous system disorders.
