Jobsite - On or about December 13, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were following the manufacturer's specifications and limitations while using a RGC material hoist by allowing the employees to use the hoist as a ladder to access the roof, in disregard of the manufacturer's instruction to not do so, exposing them to falls of over 12 feet.
