29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(iv): Individual hand towels or sections thereof, of cloth or paper, air blowers or clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling, convenient to the lavatories were not provided: 7993 Kings Highway, King George, VA 22485: On or about 12/13/21 and time prior thereto, toiletry and/or cleaning supplies were consistently out-of-stock in one or more of the facility's bathrooms. When this occurred, it would take multiple days for the toiletry and/or cleaning supplies to be restocked by the employer. Abatement required with 10 days of receipt of violation.

29 CFR 1910.151(b): Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available; a) 7993 Kings Highway, King George, VA 22485: On or about 12/13/21, and times prior thereto, employees performed mail and parcel packing, sorting, and delivery operations with access to a single first aid kit. The first aid kit supplied was expired and contained various items past their expiration dates. Abatement required within 10 days of receipt of violations.
