29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about December 13, 2021, and at times prior, for an employee with potential exposure to hazardous chemicals while pouring and using Magnum cleaner/degreaser (2-(2-Butoxyethoxy) ethanol, 1-5%, Cas #112-34-5) and Clean Force Delimer (nitric acid, 10-30%, Cas #7697-37-2; citric acid, 1-5%, Cas #77-92-9) at or near 13145 Havasu Lake Road in Needles, California.
