29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 10, 2021, employer did not enforce the use of a fall protection system when employee was installing solar panels on a residential roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below. Marc Jones Construction LLC DBA SunPro Solar, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1489121 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2021 at a workplace located at 6906 Hibiscus Falls, San Antonio, TX 78218.
