29 CFR  1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures were not permanent, continuous, and effective:  Drilling Site:  On or about December 07, 2021, diesel fuel tank (CF989), was not properly grounded to earth. This condition exposed the Akita Drilling employees to electrical shock hazards.
