29 CFR 1910.176(b): The employer did not ensure that bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.  a) Sea West Logistics LLC, 3 Kilmer Rd, Edison, NJ - Throughout Warehouse:  Stacked boxes, loose merchandise and pallets were not limited in height and were not secured to prevent sliding or collapse.     Condition noted on or about 12/13/2021.
