29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: Drilling Site: On or about December 7, 2021, trailer T534, circuit breaker box had one flexible cord not protected from abrasion when it ran through breaker box opening. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
