29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: On or about November 22, 2021, the employer did not report to OSHA a work related hospitalization within 24 hours of being notified of the employee's injury, when store management did not follow up on the medical status of the employee following notification of hospitalization and did not notify the district asset protection manager as stated in Lowe's policy.
