29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each serious serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   a)  At the site, on or about 7/20/23, The employer did not provide abatement documentation for Citation 1, Item 001a  for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7) where the employer permitted an employee to worked from a ladder jack scaffold supported at one end by a porch roof at heights of 16 and 13 feet from ground without fall protection of any kind and where the supervisor was exposed and where the supervisor did not demonstrate or articulate competency for scaffold safety, which was issued on June 30, 2022.   An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on May 23, 2023.   Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR  1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):    a) 203 Williams Street, Watertown, NY  13601, on or about12/10/21:   A ladder jack scaffold was constructed and used to install aluminum facia where that material was installed within 8 inches of the live power supply into the building being worked on.
