29 CFR  1926.302(b)(3):All pneumatically driven nailers, staplers, and other similar equipment provided with automatic fastener feed, which operate at more than 100 p.s.i. pressure at the tool shall have a safety device on the muzzle to prevent the tool from ejecting fasteners, unless the muzzle is in contact with the work surface.  a. Located at 402 Colonial Club Road in Commercial Point, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2021, employees were operating a Paslode nailer to fasten wood materials. The contact safety tip of the nailer was not functional, thereby exposing employees to a stuck-by hazard.

Located at 402 Colonial Club Road in Commercial Point, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees performing framing work from the roof were protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to an approximately twenty foot fall hazard.
