29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: RDF, Inc., 2909 Richardson Street, Eldorado, IL 62930: On or about 12-20-21, and as recent as 06-03-22, the employer had not established a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(I) - (ix). The employer required employees in the facility to wear a half face elastomeric respirator, a full face elastomeric respirator or an N95 filtering facepiece respirator when cleaning burlap bag filters inside of a trailer used as a scrap and dust collector for recycled rubber buffings at the facility every Friday.
