29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 12/15/2021 at the jobsite, an employee was exposed to the hazard of falling from the second level of the building to ground below as he was leaning out out from the floor to position a metal stud. A complete guardrail system was not installed nor was a personal fall arrest or restraint system utilized.
