29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii):All sweepings, solid or liquid wastes, refuse, and garbage were not removed in such a manner as to avoid creating a menace to health and as often as necessary or appropriate to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: On or about 12/16/2021, at the docking station of the U. S. Postal Service, located at 16750 NE 4th Place, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Pigeon droppings were found on the floor and on a 10-inch wide electrical box above a doorway, exposing employees working in the area to a health hazard.
