29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure.    On or about December 15, 2021 at jobsite located in 860 S. York Rd., Elmhurst, IL. 60126, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of  25 feet while engaged in residential framing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about December 15, 2021, at jobsite located in 860 S. York Rd., Elmhurst, IL. 60126, employees performing framing activities at a new residential property were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet with no fall protection when the employer failed to ensure they were adequately trained to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with fall.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
