29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about December 14, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee installing a weather-resistant barrier on a new commercial building from Snorkel TB 60 aerial lift, approximately ten (10) feet above a lower level, was not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
