29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On or about December 16, 2021, an employee was observed standing next to the house being constructed. During which, a roofing contractor worked directly above him. The employee below was not wearing any form of head gear and this exposed the employee to head injuries.
