At 6137 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Saint Charles, MO 63304 - On December 16, 2021 and at times prior thereto employees of Petco were exposed to electrical hazards from coming into contact with electrical plugs, surge protectors, electrical boxes and also wires being plugged into outlets while exposed to a wet environment.
